Anna has been singing professionally for more than three decades. She is best known as the lead singer of Anna & The Tonics, the hugely popular wedding and events band that performs across the country week in, week out. When the occasion calls for something more intimate – or one brilliant performer instead of a full band – she steps out on her own as Just Anna.

Before music took over full time, Anna was a mum juggling life as a primary school deputy headteacher in Hereford. She left teaching to give her heart and soul to the thing she loves most: singing, and making people happy. Anyone who has seen her work a crowd will tell you the teacher in her never quite left – she knows exactly how to get everyone involved, from the shy ones at the back to the party at the front.

Her repertoire runs to hundreds of songs, from 1940s classics and Doris Day through Motown, ABBA and Queen to Shania, Ella Langley, Amy Winehouse and today’s chart hits – and she is always adding new favourites and requests. Rock, pop, country, soul, ballads, musicals: whatever the crowd, she reads the room and delivers it in her own unmistakable style.
